About Mukt
My Healing Journey
My healing journey began in 1987–88 during my teenage years, guided by a deep spiritual curiosity that drew me into ashrams across India. Those early explorations opened the door to Yoga, Naturopathy, and the wisdom of masters and thinkers from many traditions. That path shaped the foundation of my life’s work.
After earning my Diploma in Naturopathy (ND) in 1995, I worked in five-star spas, wellness resorts, and eventually built my own healing practice in Bombay—balancing both in-home and in-office therapies, always committed to helping people find ease in their bodies and clarity in their minds.
Around the same time, I also studied at FCI Calicut (Food Craft Institute) as part of the Polytechnic program. This experience introduced me to the hotel industry and opened doors to major hospitality chains. It created a bridge between my wellness training and the professional world, giving me the confidence and opportunity to expand my healing practice with greater purpose and hope.
In 2006, I moved to the United States to study Spa & Hospitality Management, eventually founding Golden Green Spa at Fisherman’s Wharf in San Francisco. Today, I continue my work through mobile healing services across the Bay Area, bringing wellness directly to homes, offices, and communities.
I specialize in Swedish, Ayurvedic, Deep Tissue, Lymphatic Drainage (pre/post-op), Hot Stone Therapy, Cupping, Reflexology, and Pre & Post-Natal Care.
As a certified Yoga Therapist, I also offer personalized Yoga, DaoChi, Meditation, Chakra Healing, and Life & Couples Coaching—available both in person and online.
Currently, I am studying Social Entrepreneurship, Personal Training, Run Conditioning, and Philosophy at CCSF. I have also completed certifications in Psychological Counseling, Psychotherapy, and Learning Disabilities (LD) through IGNOU in collaboration with Disha School of Counseling, Ponnani, KeralaMy
